Before you hand over keys, run the renter’s name, license, email, or phone. Matching is fuzzy — misspellings and nicknames still hit — and you get one clear signal: CLEAR, REVIEW, or FLAGGED, with a DNR Score that explains every point. Each screening is saved as proof you checked.

Read the case file

Behind every signal is a sourced, severity-coded record with masked identity details and the evidence on file. Read it, weigh it, and make your own call — the score informs the decision, it never makes it.

File your own report

When a rental goes wrong, document it. Your report joins the record so the next operator down the road benefits from what you learned. Submitting is always free.
